DELIVERY CONDITIONS

1. Order Processing

1.1 Orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
1.2 All orders are subject to a brief processing and payment verification period before shipment.


2. Shipping Options

2.1 Free Standard Shipping:
   2.1.1 Estimated delivery time: 6–10 business days, with a maximum of 14 days.
   2.1.2 Refund requests for delays under 20 days after shipment will not be accepted.


3. Delays during Peak Periods

3.1 During peak seasons (such as holidays), delivery times may be extended by 1–2 additional business days.
3.2 We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during these periods.


4. Shipping Confirmation

4.1 A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.


5. Shipping Address

5.1 It is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate shipping information.
5.2 We cannot be held liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


6. Force Majeure

6.1 We cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, health crises, etc.).


7. Risks and Ownership

7.1 The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery.
7.2 Ownership of the products remains with us until full payment has been received.


8. Product Inspection

8.1 Customers are required to inspect their items upon receipt and report any issues or damages within 48 hours of delivery.


9. International Shipping

9.1 For international orders, customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees applicable in their country.


10. Modifications

10.1 We reserve the right to amend these shipping terms at any time, without prior notice.
