DELIVERIES AND SHIPMENTS

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

1. Order Processing

1.1 We process orders within 48 hours of receipt, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
1.2 All orders are subject to a period of management and bank validation before shipment.


2. Delivery Options

2.1 Free Standard Delivery:
2.1.1 Estimated delivery time : 6 to 10 working days, with a maximum period of 14 days .
2.1.2 No refund request will be accepted for a delay of less than 20 days after dispatch.


3. Delays during Peak Periods

3.1 During busy periods (holiday periods), delivery times may be extended by an additional 1 to 2 days .
3.2 We ask customers for patience and understanding during these times.


4. Shipping Confirmation

4.1 A shipping confirmation email will be sent once the order has been shipped.


5. Delivery Address

5.1 It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information.
5.2 We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery in the event of an incorrect or incomplete address.


6. Force Majeure

6.1 We cannot be held responsible for delays or the impossibility of carrying out a delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (strikes, natural disasters, health crises, etc.).


7. Risks and Property

7.1 The risk of loss or deterioration of the products is transferred to the customer upon delivery.
7.2 Ownership of the products remains ours until receipt of full payment.


8. Product Verification

8.1 Customers must check items upon receipt and report any anomalies or damage within 48 hours of delivery.


9. International Shipping

9.1 For international orders, customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees applicable in their country.


10. Modifications

10.1 We reserve the right to modify these delivery conditions at any time and without notice .
