How do I return a product?

  1. Contact our team at contact@nuite.ch with the following information:

    • Order number

    • Product Name

    • Reason for returning

  2. We will send you the return instructions and the dedicated address.

  3. Return shipping is at your expense except in the following cases:

    • Damaged or defective product

    • Order error (wrong product, color, size, etc.)

Return conditions

  • Product unused , unwashed , and in its original packaging

  • No signs of wear, testing or deterioration

  • Carefully packaged for return shipping

Refund
